  • 3 pans prepared cornbread; use Jiffy for only one prepared pan
  • 3 chopped bell peppers
  • 2 chopped bunches parsley
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 3 pieces very dry toast
  • 1/2 cup Pet milk
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 2 bunches chopped celery
  • 1 stick butter
  • chicken or turkey broth
  • 1/2 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - herb seasoned

Step 1

Saute vegetables in butter: bell peppers, parsley, green onions, onions, and celery. Add to cooked corn bread in large bowl. Beat each egg and add one at a time; add Pet milk, Add broth until right consistency is reached - sticky but not too watery.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes;
