Ingredients
- 1 lb. fully cooked ham
- 3/4 lb. ground pork
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oil, preferably canola or corn
- 1 cup cornbre3ad crumbs or other bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 tea. ground cloves
- pinch of ground ginger
- salt to taste
- MONDAY NIGHT GLAZE
- 2 Tbsp. ginger preserves or jelly
- 1 Tbsp. pineapple or apple juice
- 1 tea. prepared yellow mustard

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Process the ham in a food processor until minced fine, or grind the ham in a meat grinder. Transfer the ham to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and combine well.
Spoon the moist ham mixture into a loaf pan and smooth its surface. Bake the loaf for 45 minutes. While the loaf bakes, combine the glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Brush the loaf with the glaze. Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, for a total cooking time of 60-65 minutes.
Remove the meat from the oven and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before cutting. Serve hot or cold. Leftovers keep for 3-4 hours.
