Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk broccoli, chopped
- 1 large carrot diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 cups water
- 1 Tbs. Chicken bouillon
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put vegetables, water and bouillon in large soup kettle. Simmer until potatoes are just tender. Add white sauce and simmer for 10 minutes longer. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Stir to melt cheese and serve.
White Sauce: ¾ cup margarine, ¾ cup flour, 1 qt. Milk.
In saucepan melt margarine, add flour with wire wisk and then add milk that has been warmed in microwave.
