Ingredients
- 1/2 lbs. potatoes (4 cups), peeled, thinly sliced
- salt and black pepper
- 1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, peeled, sliced
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- parsley for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Layer potatoes evenly in oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread corn over the potatoes. Sprinkle with green pepper, onion and carrots. Crumble beef over the top. Sprinkle with marjoram and additional salt and pepper. Top with the tomato sauce, spreading evenly. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 min. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake 10 to 15 min. longer. Garnish with parsley before serving.
