Chicken and Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 limes (zest and juice)
- 1/4 Agave nectar
- 1/4 olive oil
- s and p
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 c orange juice
- Salsa
- 4 wine ripened tomato
- 1 clove garlic
- some cilantro
- s & p
- red pepper flakes as desired
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Warm Black Bean
- Little bit of olive oil
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 corns take of the kernels from the cob
- 2 cans of black bean
- 3/4 c of chicken broth
- 2 vine-ripened tomato

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a deep dish add the steak and the chicken - pour the marinade over the top and let it sit for 4 hours.
2. Grill. Pour the marinade into a pot over med-high heat and simmer for at least 5 mins.
3.For the salsa - add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse for a few minutes.
4. With a little bit of olive oil cook the onions until they are translucent. Wash and add all the other ingredients until everything is evenly warmed through.
You can make a simple dressing with the juice of 2 limes and some zest with some olive oil.
