  • 1 lb tomatillo, husked, rinsed and quartered
  • 1/2 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 1 Serrano chile, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 C cilantro leaves with tender stems
