Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C salad oil
  • 3/4 C soy sauce
  • 1/4 C worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T salt
  • 1 T black pepper
  • 1/2 C wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 t dried parsley flakes
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/3 C fresh lemon juice

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well.Marinade can be drained from steaks or chops for a second use. Store in a tightly covered jar in freezer indifinetely or in refrigerator for one week.I've stored it in the refrigerator longer than that. I use real lemon juice from bottle, and I use Spice Island wine vinigar.
