French Bread Appetizer

Ingredients

• 1 loaf of baggette
• 1/3 c. olive oil
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1/4 t. pepper
• 1/2 c. green onions
• 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzerella cheese
• 5-7 Roma tomates

Preparation

Step 1

Slice bread thinly. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes till crusty. Mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Brush on bread. Slice tomatoes and slice green onions. Place a small amount on each piece of bread and top with cheese. Bake at 400 5-7 minutes till warm.
