Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped Granny Smith apples
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickles (optional)
- Confetti Slaw Dressing
- Confetti Slaw Dressing
- Combine 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/8 teaspoon celery seed. Makes about 1/3 cup.
