3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. veg. oil
1/2 teasp. salt
1 cup flour

Step 1

Beat eggs. Beat in milk, oil and salt. Add flour. Coat muffin tin with

shortening and pour batter to 1/2 to 3/4 way up sides of muffin tin. Bake

@ 400 degrees for 35 to 40 mins. DO NOT OPEN OVEN WHILE POPOVERS ARE
