Pecans, Spiced

Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp. cold water
• 1 lb. pecan halves
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg white & water until frothy. Add pecans & mix until all are coated. Mis sugar, salt, & cinnamon. Add nuts & mix.

Place on buttered jelly rolls pan. (10x15)
Bake 225* for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool & store in air-tight container.
