Spritz Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c. softened butter
• 1 c. softened margarine
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 2 tsp. almond extract
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 4-4 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375°. Work butter & margarine together in bowl until creamy. Gradually add sugar & beat until mixture is light & fluffy. Add eggs & almond extract & blend well. Mix salt & flour together & add enough flour to butter mixture to make a stiff dough. Use cookie press to make desired shapes. Bake 7 to 10 min.
