Ingredients

  • This makes 4 small loaf pans or a 9x13 pan.
  • 6 eggs separated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup oil
  • 1/6 cup orange juice (or 1/2 orange juiced)
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Beat whites until stiff. Set aside.
Mix yolks,sugar,honey,oil and orange juice.
Mix dry ingred.and fold into the wet ones. The batter will be stiff.Fold in the egg whites.Bake at 350 until done(about 45 min.)
