Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • Milk
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 - 2 lbs hot or mild sausage

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients. Roll into meatballs. Place on parchment paper and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.

Makes about 50-60 small meatballs for the wedding soup.

Sausage: Freeze for about 1- 1 1/2 hours. Take the casing off and cut them small. Then cook at 350 for 30 min or until browned. heat them in sauce for the last hour.
