Ingredients
- 2 small onions
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1 1/4 pounds stew meat
- 1 medium tomato
- 3 tbls unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup beef stock or broth
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Egg noodles

Step 1
Slice the onions and cut the mushrooms in to 1/2 inch slices. Slice meat into 2 inch cubes. Peel the tomato, remove the seeds and dice.
Melt 2 tbls butter in the cooker. Add the mushrooms and onions and cook till tender. Remove and set aside. Melt the remaining butter in the cooker and add the meat, browning on all sides. Add the stock or broth and Worcestershire sauce.
Boil water and cook egg noodles.
Bring the cooker to pressure for 10 minutes. Release the pressure and add the mushrooms, onion, tomato and sour cream. Stir gently and heat, if necessary, but do not bring to a boil. Serve over egg noodles.
