Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. spaghettini
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Asian Sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed through a press
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. cayenne
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghettini until tender but still firm, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water until cool. Drain well.
In a good processor, combine ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, salt and cayenne. Puree until saucer is smooth.
In a large bowl, combine spaghettini and sauce. Toss until combined. Place on a large serving platter.
In a medium bowl, combine green onions and bell pepper. Toss to mix. Mound vegetables on pasta and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve at room temperature.
