Ingredients

  • 1 pkg white cake mix
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 3/4 cup cold whole milk
  • 1 pkg white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • strawberry jam
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray springform pan with bakers spray.
2. Cake- according to pkg instructions, add almond extract to water. Bake 60-65 minutes. After cooling completely cut in half.
3. Frosting- whisk milk, pudding mix and powdered sugar until thick. Fold in cool whip.
4. Spread jam over bottom half of cake. Spread 1 cup frosting over jam. Add remaining cake layer. Spread remaining frosting and pat coconut over cake. Refridgerate 1 hour.
