Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) uncooked pasta
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 TBL butter or margarine
- 3 TBL flour
- 2 Cups grated fresh parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Cook past, drain and keep warm. Combine cream and milk in small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm, do not boil. Remove from heat, set aside.
Melt butter in small pan. Whisk flour into butter until smooth. Add cream mixture all at once to flour mixture, whisking constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer over low heat 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened, whisking constantly.
Remove sauce from heat. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; whisk until smooth. Toss with hot pasta.
Serve immediately. Serves 8
