Ingredients
- 2 pints (750 gr) Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 8 green onions thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 lb linquine
- 6 oil packed sundried tomatoes thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup capers drained
- 2 cans oil packed Italian tuna (A MUST or don't bother)

Step 1
Preheat Oven to 450 and boil large pot of water
Place cherry tomatoes on large rimmed baking sheet lined with tinfoil
Sprinkle green onions and garlic and drizzle with olive oil (1/4 cup)
Season with salt and pepper
Bake 15 minutes or until tomatoes turn golden brown on the top
cook pasta
Warm a large shallow bowl in the oven, remove and add -
Sun dried tomatoes
Tuna
Capers
Parsley
Add pasta and tomato mixture toss gently and serve
