  • Layer twice in 10” dutch oven:
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • dry lasagna noodles
  • spaghetti sauce (large bottle)
  • 1 egg mixed with 15 oz. ricotta cheese
  • grated mozzarella

Step 1

Top with grated parmesan. Cook with twice as many coals on top as bottom. In oven bake at 350° for 1 hour.
