Step 1

Slice a roast cross grain. Pour 2 cans French Onion Soup in crock pot. Cook on low 7-9 hours. Pour the juice off and strain it. Add a little au jus sauce mix if more flavor is desired. Put the onions back into the crock pot with the meat. Shred the meat with 2 forks. Serve on buns & dip in au jus.
