Incredible " Cinnabon" Rolls

Ingredients
- ROLLS
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 pkgs yeast
- 2 TB sugar
- 1 (3 1/2 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 lg. eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 cups flour
- FILLING
- 1 cup softened butter (just softened if its melted its REALLY messy to work
- with)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 TB cinnamon

Step 1
***In small bowl combine water yeast and sugar. stir until dissolved. set
aside
***In large bowl mix pudding according to package directions w/milk, add ½
c. butter eggs and salt. Mix well then add yeast mixture and blend well.
Gradually add flour and knead until smooth. Place in large greased bowl cover
and let rise in worm place until double. Punch down and let rise again.
***Roll dough on large floured surface to about 34 x 21 take the 1 cup butter
and spread over entire surface. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle
over butter. Roll up jelly role style, cut in 2" sections. Gently take each
roll in hand and lightly pack (to ensure they don't fall separate while
baking) Put each roll in butter baking pan and raise about 20 minutes.
***Bake in 350* for about 15-20 minutes.
****Frost while still warm w/any cream cheese frosting/glaze
Yummmmmy-and it makes a lot.
