Pumpkin Bars w/Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup oil or 1/2 cup oil & 1/2 cup applesauce
• 16 oz. caned pumpkin
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• Mix above ingredients well then bake in a large cookie sheet at 350° for 25-30 minutes
• Frosting
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 cube butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• powdered sugar to consistency
