Chex Muddy Buddies

Ingredients

• 9 cups Chex
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Pour cereal into large bowl. Set aside. In 1-quart microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine. Microwave on high 1 to 1 ½ minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in vanilla.

Pour chocolate mixture over cereal stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into large zipper bag with powdered sugar. Shake until all pieces are covered.
