Chex Party Mix.

Ingredients

• 8-cups of your favorite Chex brand
• cereals, (corn, rice, and wheat).
• 1-cup Planters Mixed Nuts or Planters
• Peanuts.
• 1-cup Keebler Butter Braids.
• 1 -Package Original Chex brand Party Mix
• Seasoning, (0.62-oz.).
• 1/4-cup (1/2 stick melted margarine or
• butter.

Preparation

Step 1

1.-Place cereals, Planters Mixed Nuts or
Peanuts, Keebler Butter Braids and
contents of seasoning in a large GLAD-LOCK ZIPPER BAG; seal bag and shake
contents well.
2.-Open GLAD-LOCK ZIPPER BAG and pour in
melted margarine; reseal bag and shake
until all pieces are coated evenly.
3.-Transfer mix to large micro-wave-safe
bowl; microwave on HIGH for 5 to 6
minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Spread
on absorbent paper to cool.
Store in GLAD-LOCK ZIPPER BAG or airtight
container.
4.-Conventional ovens. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
Transfer party mix to open roasting pan.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and store as directed above.
