Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs, made from crustless sourdough bread
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 12 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft. Mix in mustard, 2 tbs Dijon. Add breadcrumbs. Saute until crisp and golden, stirring to separate crumbs, about 8 mins. Season and cool completely. Mix in 3/4 cup cheese.
2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water just 2 mins. Drain and cool on paper towels.
3. Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x13" dish.
4. Toss broccoli with cream, 2 tbs Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup cheese. Pour into dish, sprinkle with streusel. Bake until streusel is browned, about 30 mins.
Notes: This was good - although I think I may have mixed it up too far ahead of time and the half and half was absorbed too quickly. Will try again.
