Ingredients
- Pie Filling:
- 1 9-inch unbaked home-made or frozen deep dish pie shell
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl. Add pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice and salt; stir until well combined. Blend in milk. Pour filling in pie shell. Bake at 425ºF 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF and continue baking 30-35 minutes longer or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool.
