Cereal Coconut Mix

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup Karo
• 1 1/2 cubes butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 5 cups Chex
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 1/2 cups mixed nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally:
1 ½ cups sugar ½ cup Karo
1 ½ cubes butter

Then stir and cook 2 ½ minutes more and then Add:
1 tsp. vanilla ½ tsp. soda

Stir together until it foams up and pour over:
5 cups Chex 1 cup coconut
1 ½ cups mixed nuts
