Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 or 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 13 oz carton cool whip
  • 1 sm pkg vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 sm pkg chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 cups milk

Step 1

Blend as for pie crust the flour,margarine and pecans: Pat into 9x13. Bake at 350 for 15 min:


Blend 8 oz. cream cheese with 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip. Spread on first layer after it has cooled.

Mix 2 small pks instant pudding mix (1 vanilla & 1 chocolate) with 3 ½ cups milk. Fold in 1 ½ cups cool whip. Spread over cheese mixture. Cool several hours. Garnish with remaining cool whip from a 13 oz. carton.
