Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
- 1/2 rib celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced, pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix mayo and lime juice in a small bowl, Toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add mayo mixture and toss evenly to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
