Crock Pot Chicken & Dumplings

This is really good! Gavin even said it was delicious. I used a whole can of grands biscuits. I would recommend adding carrots next time. Needs a little bit of salt.

Ingredients
- 2 small to medium sized chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Enough water to cover ingredients
- 4 biscuits

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in crock pot. Add soup. Then add remaining ingredients on top. Cover with water. Cook on high for 4 hours. When done, shred the chicken with 2 forks. Cut up biscuits into 9 pieces each and drop into crock pot. Stir. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
