  • 1 bunch of rhubarb, cut in chunks
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 box strawberry jello
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cover bottom of baking pan with rhubarb. mix the sugar with the jello powder and sprinkle over rhubarb. Then pour the box of white cake mix over the rest. Top with the warm water and melted butter. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm or allow to cool to room temp and then refridgerate, the jello sets and it becomes a cool dessert.
