  • Graham Cracker Crust Topping:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 10 graham crackers 2 cans fruit pie filling
  • 1/4 cup melted butter 1 Tbsp. sugar

Step 1


Crush graham crackers. Mix crumbs, butter and sugar together. Press firmly into bottom of cupcake papers or 9 x 13 pan. Bake 5 min. in 350 degree oven. Cool crust before adding filling. Cream together softened cream cheese and cool whip. Add lemon juice and powdered sugar and mix with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled graham crackers. Spoon pie filling or your favorite jam over the top of cream cheese mixture. Makes 16 individual servings or a 9 x 13 pan.
