Ingredients
- 4 -Boneless skinless chicken breasts,
- (chopped).
- 1 1/2-cups uncooked rice.
- (5-cups cooked rice).
- 1/2-cup sliced onion.
- 1/3-cup oil.
- 1-Tbs. salt.
- 2-tsp. soy sauce.
- 2 -eggs.

Preparation
Step 1
Fry meat, onion, salt oil in skillet pan.
Cover and cook for 8 minutes. Add rice,
soy sauce and eggs, stir together fry rapidly. Cover and continue cooking for
about 5 minutes. Remove and top with chopped tomatoes, green onions and
cucumber.
Squeeze lime juice over top.
