Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 14 soda crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 8oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Step 1


Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar, then add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes in a 9 x 13 greased pan. Cool

Filling:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Then mix in whipping cream and whip until thick. Spread in cooled pie shell. Top with 1 can Wilderness Cherry Fruit Filling, flavored to taste (1/2 tsp. almond extract, 1/8 tsp. salt, red food coloring). Keep in fridge.
