Ingredients
- 1.5 c sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 T grated lemon zest
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 c melted butter
- 1-10 inch unbaked pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour and zest. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. Stir in buttermilk and melted butter. Pour into shell and bake until top is lightly browned and the center sets, about 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
