Ingredients
- 8 quarts tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 5 cups onion chopped
- 4 yellow or green jalapeno peppers chopped
- 4 Anaheim peppers peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 8 Tbl. salt
- 3 1/2 Tbl sugar
- 2 Tbl. MSG (accent)
- 1 Tbl cumin
- 1 red hot pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and simmer stirring occasionally until the consistency is as desired (3-5 hours). Process pints 28 min. and half pints for 20 minutes. Makes approx. 14 pints.
