Impossibly Easy Spinach and Feta Pie

• 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and sqeezed to drain
• ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
• 4 med green onions, slices
• ½ cup Bisquick
• 2/3 cup milk
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 2 eggs

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate. Mix spinach, cheese, and onions in pie plate.
2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes
before serving.
