Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz can sauerkraut,rinsed and drained
- 1 can corned beef, chopped
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard
- 2 slices Rye bread, cubed
- Sliced tomatores

Preparation
Step 1
Place ddrained sauerkraut in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Spread over bottom. Layer chopped corned beef on top, Spread grated Swiss cheese on topof ground beef.
Mix mayonnaise, relish, ketchup and mustard. Spread on top. Garnish with tomato slices. Top with bread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
