Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup semi sweet chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients then mix in chips. Drop by slightly rounded teaspoons 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Do NOT flatten.

Bake 9 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cookies will be very soft.

Best eaten the day they are made.
