Step 1
Put tomatoes in Victoria strainer. Don't need to cut anything off because the strainer will just take the juice. Put the juice in large pan. Bring the juice to boil.
To each quart jar add 2 Tbl. lemon juice (1 Tbl. for pints)
Fill each jar with juice.
Cold water bath 45 minutes for pints, 50 min. for quarts
OR pressure cook at 13 lbs. for 15 min. pints or quarts
