Step 1
Season flour with a ton of salt and pepper, seasoned salt and bam*. Coat chicken with seasoned flour. Lay chicken in dutch over and put 1 cube butter cut into pats over the chicken for 12 inch dutch oven. Put equal coals on top and bottom and cook for 40-60 minutes. Rearrange after 30 minutes.
