- 1/2 Cup Hot Tap Water
- 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powder

Step 1
Blend water and sugar in blender until sugar is dissolved(about 1 minute). Add instant nonfat dry milk and blend until well mixed. Refrigerate 24 hours if using cold, or may be used immediately if being cooked. Yield: 1 1/3 cups. Store in tightly covered container in fridge. Keeps several days
