Ingredients
- 2 lbs River Rice
- 1/4 lb salt pork
- 1 lb ground hamburger (medium fat)
- 1/4 lb ground pork
- 2 cabbage heads
- 2 lbs country style ribs

Preparation
Step 1
- Boil rice until not quite done (water amount should be on the short side)
- Dice salt pork, slowly fry down and remove chunks
- Break up uncooked hamburger and pork. Mix into hot rice
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Boil cored cabbage (core side down in large pot). Rotate if needed
- Fill cabbage leaves and roll into golombki
- Place golombki in roasting pan/dish
- Place ribs on top and cook.
