Waffle Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tea. vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 6 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1/2 tea. cinnamon
• .
• Canned Chocolate, Vanilla or Cream Cheese frosting
• Sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Combine flour, cinnamon and cocoa; gradually add to egg mixture. Batter should look like thick pancake mix.

Drop by tablespoonfuls 1" apart onto a preheated waffle iron. Bake for 1 minute or until set.

Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

Frost
