- 3/4 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
- 3/4 cup orange-pineapple-banana juice
- 4 egg whites
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can tropical fruit salad, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Beat baking mix, yogurt, juice and egg whites with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended. Finely chop enough fruit salad to equal 1/3 cup. Stir into batter.
Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Top with remaining fruit salad, if desired.
