Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • 2 lbs large shrimp about 30
  • 1/2 C Heinz chili sauce
  • 1/2 C ketchup
  • 3 TBS prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce (Tabasco)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the lemon in half and add to large pot of boiling salt water. Ad the shrimp and cook uncovered for only 3 mins until the shrimp are just cooked throught. Remove with slotted spoon to a bowl of cold water. When the shrimp are cool enought to handle peel and devein them. Keep cold until ready to serve.
