Ingredients
- 1-1/4 c warm water
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/3 c powdered milk
- 1/4 c mashed potato flakes...instant
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3-7/8 c bread flour
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- i use fillings from soho like: poppy seeds, apricot, pineapple, cherry..etc.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put the first 10 ingredients in order, starting with water...into the bread pan. Select dough cycle, press start. Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing, adding 1-2 teaspoons of water if necessary.
2. When the cycle is complete, spoon out the dough with a tablespoon and roll into walnut sized balls. Place two inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled..... About 1 hour.
3. Flatten balls slightly with the palm of your hand and make a depression in the center of with your thumb. Making a nice inner ridge. Fill each with 1 tablespoon of a filling of your choice. Cover and let rise ......30 minutes. Preheat oven to 370 F. Bake in a pre-heated oven 13-15 minutes. Remove from oven, brush with 1/4 cup of melted butter. Cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powder sugar when serving.
