Ingredients
- 1 Reynolds Hot Bags Foil Bag or a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- 2 1/2 to 3 pounds pork spareribs, cut in half
- Seaonsoned salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 T. flour

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium or oven to 450 degrees. Place bag or large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil molded into a pouch in a 1-inch deep pan. Spray inside of bag with nonstick spray. Coat spareribs with seasoned salt and pepper; arrange in bag in an even layer. Combine barbecue sauce and flour; spread evenly over spareribs.
To seal: double fold open end of bag or fold over all side of the large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Leave bag in pan when transporting to and from grill or oven.
To cook: slide bag onto grill or leave in pan and place in oven. Grill 1 hours in covered gril over indirect heat or bake 1 1/4 hours in oven.
USE OVEN MITTS and a knife to cut bag open. Fold back top for steam to excape. Continue grilling or baking 15 minutes to brown spareribs.
