Ingredients
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat all ingredients in blender just to combine.
2. Heat small skillet. Melt butter. Spoon in batter to cover bottom, rotate skillet to cover with batter. Cook until doesn't stick. Repeat with rest of batter.
